Laminex is very well prepared to the production of bathroom equipment made from plastics. This is proven by numerous successful completions of short runs of complex products.
The company has a comprehensive machine plant at its disposal. We also have machines for specialized productions:
- BELOTTI CNC 5-axis machining center (4000 x 1800 mm)
- CANNON thermoforming station (2500 x 1500 x 800 mm)
- Forming machine with external oven (1900 x 1900 x 550 mm)
- Forming oven for spa and special products (3800 x 2800 x 1000 mm)
- Machine for spraying composites
Laminex Sp. z o.o. uses an in-house lab capable of conducting a full range of tests on sanitary products.
We perform the following tests:
- Measurement of size and shape tolerance of products
- Thermal measurements of products
- Complete scope of chemical tests
- Static load and hitting test
The lab is currently awaiting accreditation of the Polish Centre for Accreditation.
